Overview . The Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park is a world heritage wilderness area in Tasmania, Australia where there are many hiking and bushwalking trails. We parked our car at the Visitor Centre then rode in the shuttle bus to Ronny’s Creek. Please note that the itinerary is subject to change without notice. Map View. The park contains many walking trails, and is where hikes along the well-known Overland Track usually begin. The itinerary maximises opportunities for optional side trips including Mt Ossa – Tasmania’s highest peak (weather permitting), Lake Will and a number of lookouts and waterfalls.
